W550 flashing OK now !!!!!!!!!!!!! - GSM-Forum

Thanks Zulea for this nice SW!

With first time flashing, it's always say error 300301. After stick "use TP" (not stick at "skip TP when flash main, FS") i can flashing main+FS, complete phone and unlock! Now phone all OK!!!

i have 9 Sony Ericssion W550i i have to flash it with Usb-Smart some phone is only white display other is dead i have too flash with it. it's great working

but there is something wrong with the choises of the attachments above

right ??

first when flashing U have 2 choose both tp and skip
second when completing the phone U have to use the tp only
third 2 unlock choose the TP only box again

so
please confirm

A W550i that after flashing (using the TP and The skip as recommended)
when I choose the complete the phone (using only TP) it says that the phone is CID 29 and ask for the test point thing then the whole process goes ok

but the phone would stay on please wait sh++t

1. Flash W550_EROM_CID49_RED.mbn (as MAIN file) with:
- "Use Test Point" checked
- "Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS" not checked
- Complete not checked
- Recovery not checked
- Make testpoint on phone when software ask for that

2. Flash MAIN + FS (your langpack choice) with:
- "Use Test Point" checked
- "Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS" checked
- Complete not checked
- Recovery not checked
- No need to make testpoint on phone

3. Clear all flash filenames and only check Complete with
- "Use Test Point" checked
- "Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS" not checked
- Make testpoint on phone when software ask for that

4. Repair -> Rebuid SP Area with:
- "Use Test Point" checked
- "Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS" not checked
- Make testpoint on phone when software ask for that

If this not helps need flash GDFS too. GDFS file will be uploaded today later on support.

Zulea Don´t give out a without test point solution
it distroys the market for us
sunday unlockers r distroying everything for us

Did you try ALL steps EXACTLY as I described there?
About CID 29 when make complete, this is just info message, when using testpoint any phone is shown as CID 29.

coz the phone does start (it was dead before)
but it hangs there on please wait

I will upload EEPROM_FlashArea (this is GDFS part in flash chip) soon on support (i have the file but i need to convert and test). Maybe this evening will be there.

Yep here same problem.Phone had white LCD, and no reaction, after flash as u describe with EERPom, after Mcu+FS, after complete after repair, phone does start now, but it does Please Wait for ever
