w550i Dynamic Menu Error - GSM-Forum

hi,

phone was come as white light. and was stop flash on raw fs flashing.

after some hardware work. phone have flash main and fs ok. after that

process are ok. phone can call in/out ok. but menau button and camera saw

this error. phone has version R4AB048 i flash with. no result. flash with

R4CB020 phone is on with this error.

hi,

now phone is ok in/ out call voice ok from ear speaker, incoming ring and song play on speaker is ok. menu button is ok.

but when i call to other and on speaker . there is logo of speaker display. no sound from speaker ! ear speaker sound is ok.

is this sw problem or hardware problem?

To tell u the truth,i am a noob. I dont know nothing about flasing a mobile.
So please tell me How to solve this problem

I have read over different different forums that re-flashing the mobile will solve the problem but i cant found any detailed solution how to re-flash.

Thing is that i have a usb data cable and i dont know wat type is the cable (i told u that i am a noob). Its what i got when i bought the handset.
Do tell me where i can find softwares required to re-flash my handset or to solve the problem what-so-ever.

If some one have idea how to solve this problem please explain me from scratch.

Please tell me how to re-flash.. I know re-flashing will solve the problem but i dont know how to re-flash my sweet W550i.. No need to remind again that i am a noob.
