J220i Not Reading Phone?????? - GSM-Forum

I have infront of me a brand new J220i to unlock, the only problem is it will not read the phone.

Its brand new so the contacts on the phone are super clean and i can see the screen on the phone flicker but nothing is read and it just says:-

Press Power On to phone!
ERROR: Phone not power up

I have tried 3 differen't cables all tested on other phones like w800/k750i and all are working perfect and easily read by latest v8.6 usb-smart software so what is wrong???, it looks likethe usb smart software doesn't work on this phone i also tried 8.5 but get the same problem also tried putting in battery after it ask for press power on phone and also tried a constant power for battery from exterior power unit????

Anyone know why this new usb smart is not reading this phone but will read others?????

Anyone else have the same problem as me???

having the same problem trying to get the software to talk to the fone and getting the same error code (W800) any ideas ???
