Member: 39014 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7 | @ Zuela, Why u closed the support site I really apreciated your frank announcement that you closed the GSM business But when you closed the support site , this affected many of your loyal customers that been using your product long time ago. At least you could let the support site open for more few weeks or months to give your customers chance to at least download the files they needed. Or give us warning that the support site will be closed !!!! If, it is possible to re-open the support site at least for 1 month so that all of us download the files they need. I hope this request will reach you and you can do good step id re-opening the support site. Thanks in advance One of the old customers of your products .. Since T10 , T28 ...etc |
