LG3G Tool v2.1 (beta) released - FAST unlock for 8380 - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Now v2.1 is in support area.
FAST unlock (less than 1 min.) based on patched flash.
Until now tested and work well on:
8380 V10B Italy
8380 V10B Sweden
8380 V10B Denmark
8380 V10C Honk-Kong

Please post results. Also there is not any danger for the phone, because if something not working well, phone can be recovered at initial state by flashing all files from original version(s).

Some info:

8380 V10A Italy need upgrade to V10B or any other higher version/langpack.
After unlock this version, phone accept 2G SIM but restart.
Seems this version not handle corectly 2G SIM after patch unlock.

And what about UK version? Also, can you check the patched flashes, cos it seems like none are working

this solution is very fast, less than 30sec

tested on v10b, work.

Right now I'm flashing V10D UK in my 8380. But not work so fast, need over 30 min. I will post results. But what exactly not working? The original files, or the "old buggy patch unlock" files?

You really need to ask? just check the '8380 unlock not working' posts and their are vast amounts of them

With "old buggy patched flashes" almost SURE not work. And this mainly because this was based on "Laser's crap bits changes". Now, I implemented MY PERSONAL RESEARCH in this FAST method. Just test it and I am almost sure you will be amazed

Sure, just tick unlock after upgrade. Also, use ONLY ORIGINAL files for upgrade. I already removed "patched craps" from support server, and also renamed directories U8360_ORIGINAL and U8380_ORIGINAL to (simply) U8360 and U8380.
