c975 dead error flashing - GSM-Forum

i have a dead c975

see log below when trying to flash with motorola usb-smart

Processing input file:
Processed 9 codegroups
Connecting to phone ...
Connected to: 'Motorola Flash'
Connected OK
Sending RAM loader ...
RAM loader loaded OK
Erase flash...
ERROR: FLASHCMD invalid command response
Error sending ERASE command.
ERROR: Flashing failed

can anyone give an explanation why is it not flashing?

post here ver of phone like boot loader or framware

and which version you are trying to flash

you have to use tp method

i am not newbie

i have used tp and also tried everything

bootloader is 0.6.3.6

don't know which version it was 80I or 91I

just need some explanation from zulea about errors found in flashing my c975

hmm can u tell me in rsd u get same error???

if yes then try to write boot via tp..........

yes error flashing in rsd also and have tried to write boot but nothing helps

can u try in smart moto and check its imei ok or not??

if not ok then hardware

if ok then i think pds area damage..........can u try to repair pds and try full flash....

no imei

in either smartmoto or in usb smart

repair pds , then reflash your fone witch full-flash , than or fone it´s fine
