C975 ver: R245_U_82.21.91I DEAD after tespoint + flashed to bootloader 0631 - GSM-Forum

hi

i have C975 ver: R245_U_82.21.91I boot: 0636
i made a lot of C975 boot 0636 but today i get " 91I " first time.

i made testpoint, after i used unlock option, phone was flashed to lower bootloader 0631 and software display as usually: * + # POWERON
but phone don't start in that state.

now phone is dead, after pluging batery again (phone must wait 5min without bat) phone autopower there is white screen on display and then phone is detected as BLANK S-pog (in smart-clip, and P2K cyclone see it too) etc ....

but i can't flash it via USB-smart or RSDLite 2.5 with file: R245_U_82.21.91I_LP0039_DRM0101_JPUK_R245H3GC975_0 1_SE4933CXXW801F_1FF.shx

how to repair this C975?

RSDlite2.5 display info about incompatible file version for Unit state

i tired to flash SHX file via smart-clip also, this is displayed:
ERROR: Incompatible superfile for Subscriber Unit state.

ERROR: The superfile selected is for reflash. You must use a rom superfile with blank Subscriber Units.

where i can find SHX file for blank Subscriber Units ??

there is good info in smart-moto software. if you tried to unlock C975 with version: R245_U_82.21.91I boot: 0636 !!! WHY OUR Cyclone don't inform about possibility of damage C975 91i ?
smart-moto makes also PDS , security zone backup exept CYclone.
i could try to repair my C975 (write backup from another C975 and write pds backup) but cyclone don't make any backups ( i mean automaticaly in unlock procedure)

i made PDS read. i have 65kb file. but i dont have any backup / fullflash file from C965.
how can i use PDS repair now? any ideas ?

Bro use usb-smart unlock it and fone allive no need to make TP.if nothing happen ill give a link for reparing files for that 91i?

RSDlite2.5 display info about incompatible file version for Unit state

normaly flash it by rsd lite (use recover flash file for 9li)in some cases u must need to write another bootloader 5.xx.x then flash it

u can do smf file by p2k cyclone..just select file format to all files
