brother i have a solution for that but you don't need any box i will give you a code that is simple here is the process.......

first on the set with sim then apply menu & call (green) button then it will ask you to enter security code give 000000 that means six zero i think this will work out

how to do it,

shall put the provider sim card or another sim ...?

I have some problem with more phones and USB-smart!
on motorola today I same problem with V535, soft gives error!
i put a simcard and my phone is unlocked! soft gives error but phone is unlock
