how can i repair this kind of error by usb smart
 

hi
one motorola v980 cant recognize by windows. when i connect it to cable including flash mode. "usb device cant recognize" message display.
when flash mode, phone shows "error 0*abo" ( something like that).
can usb smart repair this problem?
