How to make Motorola Flashing work with USB-Smart Motorola in a Windows98 or windowsME system. Can anyone answer this question.
Or it will only flash using USB-Smart Motorola with XP systerms Only???......

Thank you for the information would you know if will it works with XP Home Edition. I do not want to spend a lot money XP Pro etc.
