i have readed the unlock code problem is the phone doesn't ask for unlock code. but it is still lock how to put this unlock code to phone???

by Z140 and Z140V you start the phone with any simcard, type just the code and press ok.

1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,
2- Compose : **CODE#

Model : Samsung Zxxx & Dxxx Series :
1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,
2- Compose : #7465625*638*CODE#

Model : All others Samsung
1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,
2- Phone will ask for "Password",
3- You can now enter the unlock code we sent to you.
OR (if phone show "insert correct sim card")
1- Switch ON your phone without sim card,
2- Compose : #0111*CODE#
