Alcatel program not connects phone says error 301201 using serial cable, what can I do?
With Sony ericsson program + Twister box OK. Thanks in advance.

Now Alcatel program is working fine with com cable.

Check if you installed the cable com drivers.

I have same problem with USB-SMART-Alcatel programs is not work!!I have Alcatel COM cable 11 in 1 with 9 Volt connector power supply.
