unlock alcatel 511:error 201101 - GSM-Forum

Hello everybody,

I am trying to unlock an alcatel 511 with the USB-Smart and I get the following error ''error 201101'' The com port is set to com9, I am powering the cable with a 9V battery and the phone is with the battery and without the simcard. The contacts seem to be right. Any idea of why it does not conect with the phone?

Try without battery on cable.

Is there a list of what the different error codes actually mean ?

200101 does not say much

i tryied it with batery and without.... now it doesn't give me error 201101, it says "all ok" then i put a sim card and asks for network code. ??????i don't know any solution.
