drivers wont install - GSM-Forum

i have today recieved my new usb-smart dongle
installed the dongle fine but the 4in1 cable will not install, i point the computer to the right location for the drivers the it says cannot install this hardware becos it isnt the right software and i hav downloaded it from support area too same thing any ideas pls???

do u have any cable drivers installed for something else? that may well conflict with the drivers you are trying to install!

Failing that, uninstall EVERYTHING you have connected, install the calbe drivers first, then usb smart then everythnig else!

If that STILL doesnt work, then you may need to format!

Just make sure that the cables and usb smart drivers are the 1st things you install after format!

thanx for the reply,
i managed to sort it by downloadin the drivers from fonefunshop also i was connecting it to a 4port usb hub relised later u cant plug it in to that, it has to be direct to the usb port,

thanx n e way much appreciated!!!
