What do you mean there has been no updates for 2 months ?

I agree that the frequency with which new versions are released has decreased and i would also like to see more frequent updates but to claim that there has been no updates for the last 2 months is a bit on the wild side..

No you did not...You were asking if no updates for usb-smart for 2 months meant that it was dead..

Please remember that usb-smart is so much more than just a SE tool..(Motorola, Samsung, Alcatel, lg and sharp)..

Besides that i agree with you fully that SE module could do with a bit of an update..(Also the Samsung module is in need of an update as well)...
