Error Dongle Not Found - GSM-Forum

Was using my laptop to unlock a motorola E1 yesterday so i was just about to use the testpoint and the program shut down and when i tried to restart it all i got was "Dongle not found".

I have tried the drivers and also put it on a hub so it installes drivers from fresh with no joy

HELP i have 4 phones waiting to be unlocked

oh yer i forgot

the drivers do work and it shows up in device manager as ok and also i have tried it on my other laptop that it was also working on yesterday and it gets the same error. so its not a computer problem 100%
