see this:

i receive (as we all) that info if i try to login to support:

"Your first login was on: 04-05-2006 from IP: 80.53.142.226
Sorry, but your support period has expired."

is not my IP 80.53.142.226 but - important - this ip is IP of my usb-smart RESSELER.

i think server is hacked and software from server read dongle ID and after that read resseler name (from registration data) and display THAT his IP .
my resseler never activate any dongle by him self.
they made only a files for extesnions (samsung, moto)
remember all of us made a registration at first time of use usb-smart.

so i think we will get our support soon. anyway this is not professional way what we are getting from creator of usb-smart.

even if the server is hacked why not anyone from usb-smart team coming forward to tell the true story.

so many days passed and ZUELA/MANOLE not answering

USB SMART 2?
But for shure if this is true, I will not buy this.
I use my USB SMART for 4 month, and now (after this short pertiod of time)I can not eneter support section. After 4 month?
Where is gueranty that USB No.2 will not be the same story (if all this story about USB SMART 2 is true).
I think now to buy MT BOX SE, becuse I am very satified with MT BOX for Nokia and Griffin Team.

DANIEL ******** is good programer and hacker, and I know that is hard to answer to all this clever and dumy question every day from users, but for this job need to have different and better support for users.
Sorry ZULEA, but I think like this.
I can not accept this that you do not write nothing on the forum for so long time.
This is not good decision.

This is only my homble opinion.

You are new to Forum and maybe new in GSM also
You dont know who ZUKI is and about his way of doing BIZ.
Tell me how much you knew about NOKIx/DIV/PBB/PBB2 and their story.
Now USB-SMART is in the smae LINE OF ACTION.

i AM SURE ZUKI WILL ONLY COME TO SAY THAT HE NEVER SAID LIFE TIME SUPPORT- so the GAME IS OVER .

I think itís not possible bz , same problem with me but itís display correct IP ,,,, I think Zulea try to limited support like Smart-motoÖÖ..

it means urs resseller has check login from urs dongle before selling to u cause the error itself says "Your first login was on: 04-05-2006 from IP: 80.53.142.226
this means the first time to log to support area

so please dont think it will be hacked
