how do I strart to use my USB smart. Just got it with basic avtivation, where do I get the drivers from.

hello dear,

it's easy to use USB-SMART.
1-go on www.usb-smart.com
2-go in support area
3-download UsbsmartMaintenance_v43
4-run it
5-new window is open
6-go in Support area
7-then down load all drivers and software's

OK. downloading USB smart installer version 3.4

it said dongle was not updated. can it run version 3.4 with non -updated dongle ?

i wouldnt bother with the installer.

just download drivers and unzip.

plug in usbsmart, then use install wizard to instal drivers from usbsmart_driver_v2 directory.

now go to usb-smart.com and download maintenance_v43.

open it with dongle inserted. now hit read dongle settings. then when that finishes, hit update. after that finishes, you can read settings again to confirm.

usb smart is up and ready to go. you can now access basic support.

if you want to update to Motorola and/or Samsung support, just click on the left side of the maintenance program to generate string. send that file to reseller and they will send u activation file. just click right side of maintenance and select the file that you received. hit update dongle. tada, yo have updated your card.
