Support Area down


The support area is not working... i have tried the new links (http://12.158.191.102/) and the new maintainence tool (v4.1) but it just can't find the server. Hope it's just temporary!!!

I download UsbsmartMaintenance_v41.zip and then press "go support " but no happen.please help me.my usb smart dongle before work fine.but not work now for download flash.help me please.

It occasionally finds the page but does not load it properly now - i've tried downloading but the download speed is far too slow! I hope this can be sorted quickly!

Just tried and i'm getting download speeds of over 500kb/s now! so it's working for me! before i was getting 5kb/s download speed which takes way too long!

EDIT: Just after i wrote that it slowed straight back down to around 20kb/s which is bearable - but still unusually slow
P.S. I'm certain it's not my internet connection because i have recently tried downloading from other sites and maintained a high download speed - it's just this one!

from holland it's also not working.. i can ping the server without problems.. but it cannot reach the site.. and on maintenance tool I can press the button, het a cpu load of 100% but no explorer window is opening

does someone have a link of the new motorola tool, since i cannot get it form the server now

hosting back in November was NICE. always about 200kbps down... but ever since new year, its slow.

new server now is just as slow. why is it so hard to find good hosting?
