Member: 53791 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | You never know if they will work.. And it was not the AMD64 processor themselves that was the problem but rather he says that it is the usb part of the nforce chipsets.. Strange thing is that for example the login to support server worked fine, after he updated the maintenance software it was not working but still it was the nforce chipset rather than the program that was to blame.. So even though you test it and it works it might not work in next version of the programme....because of the chipset offcourse.. Twisterfan |

Contact Manole for this new reader. Or, simply get ANY reader shown here: http://www.smartcardfocus.com/shop/i.../p/index.shtml Best regards, Zulea |

Member: 176776 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | I was having problems on a normal amd athlon 2.8 ghz UNTIL I used a cheap 1.5$ usb hub. sometimes much cheapness helps . I had tried the usbsmart on usb 2 direct and usb direct with no connection - the pc had trouble finding it each time ( maybe a voltage thing - as the hub seemed to normalise it ).All works fine now . I'm running xp sp2 , if that helps .For UK users I got the usb hub in the pound-shop |
