Unhappy USB-SMART team,you must check this for your business please (solved)


Hello USB-SMART TEAM:

Recently I've bought a USB-SMART kit from one of your reseller in UK.I've got lots problem from purchasing and using.The most important is I was trying to report the problems from USB-SMART webside.The webside said "Invalid Serial Number" .I've entered the Serial Number shows from Maintenance v4.0

But I can enter the support side from the software.I also have 3000M traffic allowed. I can download files aswell,but i didn't use the dongle for phones at the moment.I have some problems.But i think if i've got a "Invalid Serial Number"by ture.Other problems will be a sure thing.

Please help me.

firstly please contact us directly regarding this problem as we have no record of you trying to contact us with this problem and we have certainly not asked you to pay again for these activations!!

We keep all activations for all customers and would never ask you to pay again, so please email us with both order number and full delivery address and we will resolve your problem without fuss - the same as we normally do!!
