I have one if you need...
Too many users trying to make update eventough they did not payed for any activation... The server is working. Just wait few minutes and try again.
Olso some reported that after reboot all worked ok.

Hello

I try to make This Update Process Finish OK But when i read Again Info i get this Smartcard not Updated (look Picture )......

have you closed the sw after update and unplug the dongle and reconnect again and after that read info ?

I have updated it successfully (WINXP SP2 not restarted whole day and Usb-Smart conencted throught 2 usb-hubs) without any problems at 1 time updated

thx to a friend (Stefan B.) we find why some get errors:
- DISABLE ANTIVIRUS SW DURING UPDATE
- DISABLE FIREWALLS DURING UPDATE
