KJam Flashing help badly needed ! - GSM-Forum

Hi I got KJam from customer when i power on it showed me only lines on LCD.
After extract flash package I got only one file from support area and that is wwe(world wide english)and that is in nk.nbk format.
I think i need three files to solve my problem,how and where can i get complete files from support area?
Please help me Kjam customer gonna kill me.

did you get it from wizard folder. Its correct Other files are for radio rom etc u dont need them nk.nbf is flash rom. just try flash again.
