Not only don't we get any support but this company doesn't even update their own product. There aren't any updates for the new phones (W810i, W300i, J300a and a few others.)

Plus annoying need to downgrade and upgrade all the time for different models... this is BS.

To anyone who is even considering buying this unit KEEP AWAY!!!!!

i agree, this is by far the worst unlocking product ever.

No unlocker can unlock w300i,w810i you can unlock only by partial flashing then unlock,j300 you can unlock with se power clip.
