hd 6990 hardware configuration !! - GSM-Forum

hello everybody ...

i need your help to get a better configuration for make an pc LBF with two hd6990 crossfire ...

i need to know about motherboard and cpu ...

i need to get an motherboard with x16 pci port speed ???? or the combination of card and soft don´t need this speed ??? ...and with x8 or x4 board the problem is resolved....and the final time for LBF don´t decrease ...

what about the CPU i think with quad core is enough but i was reading some guys that says i7 ,,, i need to know about that,,, is really necessary ???

Off course about PSU 1200W is the best for this cards ..... and about CASE a big one with fans and HAF system like cooler master... this point i know ...

the most power cpu intel hexacore edition can handle only and only 48 threads maximum which cost near about 1000$

so your hd6990 are much will gives you code in max 24 hrs

so i will recommend you to have GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-H67M-D2-B3 (rev. 1.0) at 80$

and intel -i3-2130 only at 160$

power supply 160$ gx1200 watt
needed
