mt box sl3 problem

hi all please some one tel me how to fix my problem ,i have my mt box since last three years,while i read sl3 phone it gives me the time to get it unlock but never take credits because after update or write to get my calculate back it gives me that the phone was not uploaded any time i tried its like that
