i've probleme with my dongle O.T.U.F black
whene strating soft find dongle
but whene i try to unlock phone soft say dongle is missing
any help

Hello,

I received your email but was not able to answer, lets try to solve the problem by here.

i need to know box version (RJ45 or USB cable)

try to make internet update.

do "Make log" using otuf tool or loger 5.0 and send it to [email protected]
