Best tweezers for small IC change?


I need the best tweezers and best size for Ex: change out iPhone U2 TriStar IC.. Can somebody please point me to what you have used with best results?

this is my list for tweezers :

these tweezer i use for small ic like U2 or others more or less the same size.

For more big ic i use a tweezer like this, longer to better control the positioning and to avoid burning your fingers

for more precision example , jumper and positioning of Ic in critical areas where there is little space use this :

i will recommend the last picture !! the blue titanium tweezer have the finest tips !! for ic removall !! you can also fallow me and ask question on my tweeter
