Dark Infrared BGA Rework station
 

Hi all.
I bought a Dark Infrared BGA Rework station.
$1100>very reasonably priced(include shipping).
I use it to repair notebooks & Motherboards.
Tested on S478 CPU socket and nVidia GPU(Dell M1210 & HP TX1000).
I reflowed nVidia GPU(Go 7400 & GO 6150) successfully.

Two modes for temperature unit adjusting.
Set temperature, press start, it run and temperature go up.
Auto control and Real Time monitoring temperature.
Reach the °C, alarm sound, temperature go down and you press stop.
Easy to use, but with fewer support.

I never ask more as the knowledge i got from my friend can setld my problem.:D
