See your NMP IC:

disconect pin 13 from board (remove or cut).
conect pin 6 to board under pin 13.

pin 13: keyboard LED
pin 9 : LCD LED
pin 6 : Buzzer (Ring)

This does not work 100%.L.e.d's wont light up in stand-by mode or when a key is pressed, they only light up when phone rings.

P.S:THIS TOPIC IS FOR "HARDWARE REPAIR" SECTION

-do NOT disconect pin 13 from board.
-conect pin 6 to pin 13 but use 1 diode (1N4148 smd)...

Just to inform: The blinking LED is a software controlled function... It is possible without any hardware changes.

Hope someone soon figure out what to edit in the MCU, so we can make all phones have blinking LEDs on ring.

hi, yes the rhythmic backlight function is in the MCU. it can be seen by upgrading 3330 phones to 3350 that you will have new backlight feature with no hardware modification. also comparing 3330 and 3350 PPM packages (tone data) shows there is no difference in tone format.
therfore the mcu must tell the phone to output data to both buzzer and leds.
you would need to know the address of LED ports to move the data to, this i dont have
