i hope is usefull :

Original Weller tip modified to be applied to manipulate Chinese common 907 series (hakko).
advantages, thermal transfer, more time compared to the tips in copper.
the modification consists in enlarging the diameter of the insertion of the resistance with a drill (better if column) to 3.7 mm.
