Red box becoming **** box - GSM-Forum

This box is making me crazy,try to unlock lg c2200 and soft says phone unlocked ,put card and still locked,tried many times but nothing phone always locked.
Now trying with another phone lg 8138,at first everithing ok,lock to card and read code,when i on phone put pin still phone blocked,when i try to read again always gives error at last,reads imei and when unlocking get error message.
And last i've been asking since long for acces at support to Julvir and still no response.
Come on man start working hard and making something good,because this not a cheap box.

Hi mate when unlocking lg c2200 after you unlock you need to do full factory reset on the software to complete the unlokcing process.

The fuull factory you must do it with the box,or there is a sequence for doing it.

Ive done loads mate and all i did was unlock the phone. Then power on the phone and use redbox to do full factory reset and phone is all done and unlocked.

Ok i've managed to unlock the c2200,but no way with the 8138.

i am trying to unlock 8130 since 5 hours but its not communicating with box !!!!!!!!!!!!
Updates are dead slow Julvir, your product is dieing without support, hurry up before its too late

At least someone can give pass and access for support,i dont know hoe to unlock newest version of lg, 105 and up,as i've read i have to flash the phone,but i dont have flashes and dont know if i can flash with red box
Also heard that Vygis box can do all new version by flashing,so i think red box can give same solution.

redbox will not support 3G phones...couse they will maybe make another box for them...for lg81xx buy cruiser...those SE phones will have support there...
