IF still some bug on RedBox , pleas post it her :

Put all the bugs well detailled, with :

1- version for mobile, type, and all details possible , like country / provider lock
2- version of software ( redbox ) used
3- make screen shot

and all will be fixed as soon as possible

after install new setup & try to get new key give me that massage
(key file not authorized , plz contact support !! )

& lg3g only work without any key & all old software & old key work ok .

i can give u my detalis resseler & id on privete massage .

i say many times :

Key file not authorized plz contact support ==> mean that you already received your key

all what you have to do is to look into every folder (for first software that u used) your key file must be named (redbox.sws) you'll find it

hitibiti please help when i see error (key file not authourized) i delete all redbox files (program files/redbox)and reinstall again i think new key file deleted also now i can't get new key file again everytime i put my email i get( key file not authorized )

Hi. I also have same problem as other. I deleted it by accident. I'm not newbie or fool but I think something is not good with this software. I didn't knew about new registration system, I only downloaded newest VLE5 soft from support to new directory. When it said key file not authorized I deleted whole directory because thought that something was wrong. How I must know that this redbox.sws is so important? Sorry but no file recovery tools can help me out

How can I get this redbox.sws again?

P. S.

I think that after creating this redbox.sws must be some message to keep it in safe place. And this message "key file not authorized" also must be changed.

I have the keyfile from the server but any software lunch gives 'bad key file
