Yes! Is there any kind of support or no? What to do if key doesn't want to update and if plus got Key Not Found! problem when starting software?
Please answer cause we're loosing clients and money of course...

I have allready answer !!

next time juste use : Seach bouton

anyway ,

try in other computer
try remove USB juste beofre press update
try more time ! because 99% of this problem is solved when i try to update from one of my computer !

if no resulte, echange box to your reseler !

Hello julvir

I have bought the sws-sag recently , but can't get the the software to find the phone. I have done the update . but can't find the phones. I think I maybe doing something wrong. Could you please make a picture of how to connect the jig adapters to the phone. I have tried to connect this to a myx-2 phone but the points do not connect to the testpoints. if the top two tp's are connected, one of the others does not connect to its connection . I could not explain it easier. Please help maybe tp is my problem. I did connect all tp to a myx-3 but software cannot finsd the phone. I thought maybe I should power on the phone, but this does not work at all. The phone does not power on when connected. And if i would power on before and connect after that the phone powers off. Please Please help this newbie to your software .
p.s. I there some site where you give support. and or explainations???

i have same problem an have send to julvir for exchange not coming more i havent more box
my box is not exechenged and this problem can not sloved with sayed julvir

ps in türkisch : götvere abi bu yazdıkları hiç biri olmuyor belki 50 kişi yazmış 50 sinede aynı cevabı vermiş bence box iyice sıçmaya başladı j-taga dönmek lazım bence
