it seems that the thread about fisio 355 was quite old,pls.allow me to revive it.I tried my fisio 355 using redbox2 and it says "new firmware not supported try to read flash and send it to redbox team" I try to read flash but always communication error occured.how come this firmware is not supported when this phone is quite old.im calling every forumers with the same problem to back me up and be heard with this problem.I believe that redbox is one of the best box in the gsm world.I hope for your kind consideration on this red box team.thanx more power.

for eaading Flash don't use jack cable , sold wire inside phone ( see in sws-sag supprt for pinout)
and you can read or write Flash

if you still have problme just ask , cose SWS-team are her only for helping member

pleas read flash and sedn it to support to do update

thanks Mr.hitibiti for help.i hope redbox will update philips commander 5.5 to version 6 soon to support higher versions.

by the way, what is the code for obtaining and getting firmware version of philips fisio 355.thnx everyone
