LG c1200 problem

i try to unlock my c1200 using red box but the phone always shows error :
this is the phone log :

Start time1: 15:23:32
Power On phone...OK.
Loding Boot...OK.
Flash ID : 96 B6
Unlock Phone plz wait...Error!
End time: 15:23:45

i use this pinout :
24 IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII 1
13 RX PHONE RED ( TX PC )
14 TX PHONE WHITE ( RX PC )
12,19 GND-green/orange

Hi

When it start unlocking keep the 'power' button on phone pressed. Use LG7050 cable and it works. You might have to try few times to make it work but it does at the end, I have unlocked one yesterday.
Some time phone will switch on when you plug the cable into phone, in that case take the battery out and put it back in after clicking 'unlock' and keep the power button pressed all through the process.

i use this pinout :

13 RX PHONE RED ( TX PC )
14 TX PHONE WHITE ( RX PC )
12,19 GND-green/orange
ie which pinout phone phone and goes to dongle which pin no.

Use LG7050 original cable and plug it straight into com1 port, not into dongle.

Yes, as msa said, do it connecting the cable directly to com port, no red box dongle. Use the 7050 cable and there will be no problem to unlock that phone.
