hi i unocked one tsm5m with soft vitel of redbox but after insert code the phone write *terminal no activo* and in the down of screen *aceptar*
if i clic in *aceptar* the phone turn off!!!!!!!!!!! what can i do??!!

you have enter all try .. your mobile can't accept any code again, next time enter one time if not work don't renter again
for TSm5M use New code not old ..and before enter prepaid or contract plz chek with *#9917# to know lock status
