Redbox samsung not working
 

I am trying to flash an A800 and if I connect the cable to the phone with the phone on it switches off and I have to remove the battery to turn it on again and if I connect the cable with the phone off then redbox says phone is not found it is the same with 4 A800's I have tried. Please advise

Done this too now and no response from software again I only have A300, C100, S100, A100, 2200 leads is it meant to come with t100/a800 lead because mine didnt
