Hi redbox team and thanks for your quick replies.

I have 4 different pc's.
1 HP omnibook 6000 laptop : redbox works fine
1 acer home pc : redbox works fine
2 toshiba T21 laptop : box not found every time i want to connect it !!!
Any solution ??? Thanks

freind if your box work fine with two pc that's mean your box is ok

maybe your two other pc have usb power problem (they don't give enghout power to the box)

or mybe you have bad LPT configuration

box is ok; i had this prob with amd motherboard. in p4 and asus board, running fine.

I have a dell and can never get it to work however whenever external usb power is applied works fine
