Is redbox2+ a dead project or am I doing something wrong? - GSM-Forum

Hi.

So many people have said that Redbox is now a dead project.

I have a problem with this as I have in my hands a Redbox2+ that was purchased from ipmart only 2.5 months ago, and they state that box comes with 1 years support site access.

I have just tried logging into the support site with the username and password on the sticker of my box, but it won't let me in.

Do I have another paperweight here or is there an easy explanation for this?

Without access to the support area, I have no installation files or drivers etc..

I am hoping there is a reasonable explanation for why my access is not working..

Someone got some info for me?

What is not clear ?
SWS team released new box (Red-UP.net Dongle) and support for old boxes already stopped during long time.
