when i try to use my redbox all i get is bad key file and if i read the key it says SN F0F0F0F0F0F0 PLEASE CAN YOU HELP?

restar your pc and read SN again if same problem contact your resler

I suggest also to check at other PC to be sure

my box is like that also just don't plug the com when you start software
and plug it after.
I know for a 350€ product this is scandalous !
but it's true

In fact if you don't need help and support the best crap product is RB
I think the end is near for RB many good software free work fine on unsuported models on RB
