Solution for Box not connected ( RED BOX II) - GSM-Forum

I have prooblem with my redbox II ! When I run any sof commander It displays Box not connected !

Please help me to solve this problem !

if you got correct LPT settings and USB connected then only way it;s send back to resseler ;(

if you have a good connection and not work contact your reseller or contact Julvir directly by mail.

to verify my connection is good or not ; I have gave another REDBOXII from a friend and It worked well with the same LPT cable and power USB cable ! So the problem is in the box ! I think the problem came from the PIC (16F876) !

ur box is dead if serail no not read.

At times you just need to shut down your computer . Give it time and then you restart it. In most cases it works.

change computer to a pentium base motherboard; if not work, return the box; redbox is recognised as being a very unstable and sensitive piece of equipment.
