Bad key file for some tools - GSM-Forum

Hi redbox team i have 2 redboxes and i got key files from mail but only 1 box working with this file but this box not working with MISUBISHI TRIUM COMMANNDER its saying BAD KEY file and other all tools working verry well whats wrong with my box but my 2nd box not working with anytool still BAD KEY FILE please help me

I Need Key File still using this gr8 box,,even now the gr8 RED_BOX is non support section,,but we still hope for this box,,
