Hello i have a problem with GX15.I used my redbox but phone is locked Error in SIM-MEP.

What can i do?

You Need usb cable unzip gx15 driver then try

yes I allready have usb cable and driver. I´ve been always working with USB cable, and also tried reinstalling driver, but nothing, no result.

change port within first 5 ports and u will do it mate
