why SWS-SAG can not unlock the serie of with test point as X1,X3,X5,X2-2? - GSM-Forum

It has been many times I am using SWS-SAG, from the first day I can not unlock some models which has same test points. These models are X1, X1-TRIO, X1_TWIN, X2-2, X3, X3m, X5,X5m. All these models can not be unlocked with SWS-SAG. This is a big lie if someone can say that they are being unlocked! I have never unlocked anyone from the first day! I got test points from sws-sag.com as same as from SCDR and others! But SWS can not unlock with these test points. Otherwise SWS is excelent! I could unlock all even V56 new series!

Thus, If there is a clever one who can tell us how to do step by step please help, nor Julvir and other people could support us for 3-4 moths even I am shouting many times for this subject!
SWS support is very BAD! but hope a good man will come and tell us how to unlock mantioned models with SWS-SAG. because we lost our hope from SWS team.

may be the problem is in your test point adapter
as x1 x3 x5 use the same adapter
i have unlocked nearly 50 pcs x1 without any problem
thou sometimes u have to connect the phone 5 to 6 times

100% you have bad cable try to use other cable from freind unlocker in same city

the same problem happen to me,
I bought another cable from Jtag box and the same thing,i can t unlock series X1,X1 trio ect
Maybe we have problem with testpoint adapter

just make sure that you don't touch PCB connection linces with finger and will be OK

If you think the test points are problem; with the same test points I could unlock X5 with SCDR1.4 there was not any problem, and if you have correct test points can youpost them and explain how to do?

I am using this cable also for V55, but there is not any problem! I don't think that there is cable problem!

I also touched the PCB and test pionts with finger as do for C4. I tested all possible things. But still could not unlock any one of these models.

Still have the problem, nobody could say a valid way for that problem..

I have problem too with x2-2 always bad connection even if i solder the test points (but it is true i was touching the pcb with fingers!), for x1trio no problem all were done via server+++, and i never used my dongle for old sag like x1,x5,x5m because i have un old scr1.

I also had problems connecting a few MY_X3 phones using SWS-SAG. When it finally did I got wrong codes, direct unlock killed the first one I tried. An old SCR 1 gave me correct codes for the rest. Is there any chance of reviving the dead one ???

i got sws-sagem dongle last week, in the package i found 11 adapters with tikets SCDRII.
are this adapters compatible with SWS-SAGEM, cause i have seen the pinouts tp in the pictures from the support area, and i test the mine in the adapters, they aren't the same!!!
today i was trying to unlock sagem x1, but always "phone not found"
where is my probleme?

but tell me, i'm testing all the pinout of my adapters now, to compare them with the images in the support.
so i found that they're all the same, but the myx-5 adapter aren't!!
in the image i found from up to doun :
.pin6
.pin3
.pin2
.pin7

but in the adapter:

.pin2
.pin3
.pin7
.pin6

so, they are differente and i think that's why i can't unlock an x1

Friend! This is not adapter problem, I am also soldering cable to test points everytime! I have never used ADAPTER! But anyway can not unlock any of these models which has test points with x1..

Try another computer.

when u connect the test point adapters you must power on the phones in order for you to the read the codes put in a simcard that the phones doesn't accept and enter the high code you should be o.k
