After run SwS_SaG_UPDATE_DONGLE_TOOL
Reset Key...OK.
Connecting to server... OK!!!
Asking server for access...OK.
Asking server for Update...Key Already Updated!!
But....
After run SwS_SaG_BoX_UPDATE_061006.exe......
Key not found!
Whay????

welcome to the club....buy new box...lot of old boxes are used by me but still work...but this one will never be standalone...sagemDD is oki for unlock...better support...this one is caput...

u just happened to pay approximately $100 for sws team's holiday ! Support is over here; no new hash supported, no update, and no answer to queries. and yes, the product supporter will tell u this : " contact your reseller" and u will sooner realised u lost your money . good luck .

hm...we still repair, chaneg box to new one if customer bought box from us so it's really your resseler decision to support you or not - next time better choose your resseler so send back to resseler and he will reapri or chaneg for sure

try to change LPT settings from ECP to bidirectional now my SWS sag forks fine without " key not found " message

@sale: what you mean by cheat claver man ? if you got any problem with producer then contact with him direct but not make such suggestion to us as "cheat claver"... you can read about our reclamation politics on our page. If other resseler don't want to change/repair then it's resseler problem - my opinion are about normal procedure for repair - for me as a seller not interesting if product it's no support or best support - WARRANTY IT's WARRANTY and don't have anything to do with support, waranty ar given by seller and support are given by producer so explain me now what you mean by this ?

P.S
Cost of send by post are around 6 EUR, we ship goods by our cost under warrnty back to clients - this was from all beginign like this and for all products - not only SWS...the same situaiton with other product that are not supproted any more but under warranty period
