reset counter - GSM-Forum

how to reset counter using sws-sag. i have set showing more than 64 hours after i put unlock code.

i wish i could help mate, but sag does not have the option to reset counter unlike other box. and don't forget to make sure that battery is fully charged to last 64 hrs.

check the box "Reset ICC" Which means reset incorrect code counter.and then unlock the phone.
