Runtime Error? - GSM-Forum

Hi Wotan Team, I've tried running the program on both my laptops but when it tries to fetch the flash data, Windows terminates the program and displays runtime error. What is causing this to happen? Need this sorted asap, customer waiting.

Do you have Win XP?
How much RAM memory you have?

Yes, both laptops are XP, 1st: 1gb ram, 2nd: 512mb ram.

Try without anti-virus or firewall
