problem solved by using the last vers of qcom vers 1.0.0.3071 all is ok

Pls help.

I have a moto VE538. Dont know the mastercode of the phone, 000000 wont work. How will I read the mastercode using the software above. Are the links still available for download? What will be Im needing. Dont know how to start. Dont have any software. I just got the USB cable. Please give me some step-by-step guide.
