PB in FuriousClient_v1.0.0.143

now when i reinstall my pc the FuriousClient_v1.0.0.143 cant generate the Furious.key and make me ......
Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.

if it my fault or the server is down or off
any can tell me ....or has tested it ..were is the problem
